Collapsed to form Crater Lake, the deepest lake in the USA at 594 m. The eruption 7,700 years ago was 40x larger than Mount St. Helens. The lake has no inlets or outlets and is one of the clearest in the world. Wizard Island is a cinder cone in the lake.
