Comprehensive volcano database with 209 entries covering type, elevation, eruption history, and geological significance.

Each volcano page lists the country, volcano type (stratovolcano, shield, caldera, volcanic field and others), summit elevation and year of the most recent eruption, followed by notes on major eruptions and their impact. Where no eruption date is on record the field is left out, and volcanoes known only for fumarole activity are marked as such. Search by volcano name, country or type, or browse by type on the home page.
